Just some small movepool issues here I think. You've given the most powerful rock type move in the game to the steel type eevee incredibly early and much earlier than the rock type eevee. You've also given it Meteor Mash, which is exceptionally rare for pokémon to learn, known only by Metagross as its signiture move and Clefairy, because space pokémon. Iron Head, Flash Cannon or, given higher weight, heavy slam would be more fitting.

I feel like meteor mash is fine honestly, just because it's not explicitly space related doesn't mean it can't learn such a move. The only thing I can think of doing for stealth rock is swapping it with revenge.
